When African American men first obtained the right to vote after the passage of the 15th Amendment in 1870 they all identified and supported the Republican Party rewarding the Party of Lincoln for its commitment to ending slavery and expanding black civil rights

Crime is crime. Punish it accordingly.
When you write a law that allows the media to sensationalize and repurpose it, it’s what has us here to begin with.
All laws should be written as and should apply to all equally.
Race has no place in law!
